Regarding multiple applications, an individual can only be a PI on one application per initiative, but someone could be a key personnel (i.e. any other role other than PI) on multiple applications.

Co-PI's are not allowed for the Youth Mental & Sexual health initiative

Are multiple PIs allowed for either of the two PI types? For example could there be multiple APIs as well as a single co-PI? Or a single API with a multiple co-PIs? Thanks.

The community partnerships is different in the call compared to the slides which states Government partner while the call has

c) One of the following:i. A representative from a Department of Public Health (DPH) that serves a portion of the identified community (which may span multiple DPH jurisdictions); funding for personnel in this category is not required; applicants should negotiate budgetary considerations directly with their DPH partner; orii. A State or local government or governmental entity, such as a school district or a justice or carceral system; oriii. A pharmaceutical industry partner or community pharmacist; oriv. Others who stand to benefit from expanded HIV prevention, treatment, and other wraparound services.

Are "syndemics" restricted to well characterized syndemics such as SAVA? Or can local data be sufficient justification of "micro sydnemics"

For the youth sexual/mental health call, 1) how young should we go down to? 2) How much integration does the agency want? That is, is this more of a sexual health program with some mental health, vice versa, or an equal blend? 3) Should this be a more targeted intervention for youth at-risk for HIV and/or at-risk for adverse mental health, or if it's meant to be more of a primary/universal prevention program?

To clarify, implementation science focus is not a requirement for the YMSH call.
